{"id":100,"date":"2019-02-21T06:13:18","date_gmt":"2019-02-21T06:13:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.moreishfoods.com\/blog\/?p=100"},"modified":"2019-02-21T06:47:45","modified_gmt":"2019-02-21T06:47:45","slug":"moreish-bread-rasmalai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.moreishfoods.com\/blog\/moreish-bread-rasmalai\/","title":{"rendered":"Moreish Bread Rasmalai"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #000; font-weight: 600;\">Dish out this sweet delight exuding the taste of paradise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #626262; font-weight: normal; font-family: 'Antic Slab', serif !important;\">\n<li>Moreish white bread: 10 pieces<\/li>\n<li>Milk: 2 l<\/li>\n<li>Plain barfis: 4<\/li>\n<li>Saffron: a pinch<\/li>\n<li>Sugar: 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Desi ghee: 4 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Silver vark<\/li>\n<li>Nuts<\/li>\n<li>Pistachios<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #626262; font-weight: normal; font-family: 'Antic Slab', serif !important;\">\n<li>Cut out small rounds of bread pieces and keep them aside.<\/li>\n<li>Boil \u00bd cup of sugar until thin syrup materializes.<\/li>\n<li>Start boiling milk and add the powdered barfi and the rest of the sugar \u2013 the base dip of rasmalai is complete.<\/li>\n<li>On a heated tava, saut\u00e9 the bread pieces till they turn brown on both sides.<\/li>\n<li>Now dip the bread pieces in the sugar syrup and the rasmalai dip at the same time.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the remaining sugar syrup and the rasmalai dip. Add nuts and saffron strings to it.<\/li>\n<li>Pour this in a serving dish.
